Sunstone carries the origins of the divine along with it, and has been used since ancient times as pieces for holy relics directly in correlation with [[Sol]], mostly due to it's shining golden light that it emits naturally. Sunstone itself is actually just a regular rock in prospect, however due to centuries of sunlight and magical anomalies that took place constantly around Aversia, the stones began to absorb light rather than reflect it. The eventual result was this unique stone that allowed people to use it as either a guiding light in a dark cave, a relic piece for holy artifacts, to even a blinding weapon.
