Mithradates
A once-Archfey who preceded Chione as ruler of the winter court, Mithradates is a Winter Fey of extreme power and strength, and is extremely loyal to his master and overthrower, Chione. The coup that Chione had orchestrated to take the court from Mithradates was so elaborate and impressive that it has earned her his everlasting devotion as a superior mind. While officially, Chione has no steward because of her small court, within the recesses of the deepest chambers of the winter palace, many things are not quite as they seem, and Mithradates serves as the taskmaster behind her dark and secret machinations.

Court Details
The court of winter is a large, vast plain of wasteland, consisting of snow, ice, permafrost... and more ice. Only at the very center of the wasteland lay a large town, centered with a massive castle of ice. There, the so called "Winter Palace" rests, along with the small but elite court of the Archfey of winter. Deep within the recesses are decadent pleasure chambers filled with exotic foods and spas. Those deathly loyal to Chione are rewarded for their hard work with a sept or two in the spa, which serves as both relaxation, and an extreme amount of magical recovery. Outside of the palace lays a rather prosperous trade city, which produces luxury goods to be used in the palace, or often exchanged for food with the other courts.
Relations
- Holds an annoyance for the ways of Spring, and his innocence that he carries.
- Sees summer as fool who does not grow because of tradition.
- And finds Fall to occasionally be a staunch ally when others try to attack her without justification.
