Alteration
The discipline of Alteration encompasses the manipulation of the properties of material objects such as weight, color, gravity, etc. Alteration is also one of the only trees able to create Auraweave.

Spell Effect: The caster manipulates the gravity around an object and levitates it into the air, moving it at up to 3 meters per turn. The caster can only lift objects up to 25 pounds (roughly 11 kg). The caster may move the object any way they want.

Spell Effect: The caster alters themselves to move at speeds usually impossible. This allows them to instantly burst forwards fifteen meters in any given direction. This spell does not allow them to perceive time any differently, however. Should the caster make contact with a person or object while dashing, both parties will receive some bruising where hit and the caster’s movement will be stopped.

Spell Effect: The caster changes the color of something. This spell can be used on objects, creatures, or anything visible. This only works on objects/areas in a 3x3x3 meter volume or smaller.

Spell Effect: Targeting themselves and up to two other targets, the caster may make all targets lighter than they naturally are, thus making them fall at a slower rate of about three meters per turn when falling.

Spell Effect: The caster alters the weight of any item or non living object, making it weigh half or double its normal weight. After the duration has run out, the item affected will go back to its natural weight. When used to increase the weight of armor, armored individuals move one tier slower than their usual speed. When used to increase the weight of a weapon, strikes will hit one tier stronger than their usual strikes. When used to decrease the weight of a weapon, strikes will hit one tier weaker than their usual strikes.

Spell Effect: The caster begins to manipulate an object that someone else is holding, attempting to pull it from their grasp. The target must roll a 1d20. A roll of 14 or higher means the target keeps hold of their object. A failing roll results in the object being thrown 5 meters away from the target in the direction of the caster’s choosing.

Spell Effect: The caster can imbue themselves or a target they’re touching and alter their form and equipment to be completely transparent, effectively invisible. While this spell is active, those affected still make sound. Beginning to cast or otherwise interacting with people or objects will cause this spell to end instantly.

Spell Effect: The caster targets a 3x3x3 meter volume and completely controls the gravity within. This can allow them to make the gravity strong enough to bring people to their knees or so light they float with no direction. Once the gravity has been changed, the caster must recast in order to change the gravity again.

Spell Effect: The caster turns ethereal and is able to move through anything non-ethereal interacting such as elderium at a rate of 6 meters per turn. While ethereal, the caster can only be seen with things such as arcane eye and cannot interact with anything physical or cast spells. The caster also cannot be harmed by anything physical unless it specifically interacts with ethereal beings. If the caster is not careful and rematerializes themselves inside of a material it will eject them with great force from the nearest open side they are close to and result in potential injury.

Spell Effect: The caster turns incorporeal and is able to move through anything non-incorporeal interacting such as necrite at a rate of 6 meters per turn. The caster is near invisible in this state, being seen as a faint shimmer of a silhouette. While incorporeal, the caster cannot interact with anything physical or cast spells. The caster also cannot be harmed by anything physical unless it specifically interacts with incorporeal beings. If the caster is not careful and rematerializes themselves inside of a material, it will eject them with great force from the nearest open side they are close to and result in potential injury.

Spell Effect: The caster is able to turn one material into another material of the same rarity/danger tier that they have held/worked with before. Materials can only be converted when raw, and cannot be transmuted once they have already been made into a craft. Materials cannot be converted into something dissimilar from their base i.e. stone cannot be turned to wood, hide cannot be turned to metal, wood cannot be turned into hide, etc. Additionally, this spell has no effect on Legendary materials of any kind, cannot transmute anything into Arcamite, and does not work on animal parts from creatures who are danger tiers monstrous or mythic. This spell can only be cast three times a month.

Spell Effect: The caster alters the malleability of a material they are touching, allowing them to freely stretch, bend, and shape it as though molding clay. When the spell ends, the material only remains in its new shape if it is structurally possible, and breaks otherwise. If the caster is creating an item, this spell only functions for materials the mage has the proper profession to work, and can only cause minor aesthetic changes on anything else. The caster can only alter one cubic meter of material per casting of this spell, and cannot use this spell in combat or to revert items into their base materials. This spell also cannot be used on living creatures.
