Psionics
The discipline of Psionics encompasses the ability to manipulate the mind, create illusions, and manipulate dreams. Illusions are unable to physically harm people but can trick people into thinking they have been harmed temporarily.

Spell Effect: The caster reads the thoughts of a target within range, able to hear the current thoughts the target is thinking. The thoughts revealed are entirely up to the target. The caster can decide to target multiple people at once, however it gets progressively more difficult to tell the voices apart the more thoughts they are listening to at a time.

Spell Effect: The caster prevents the brain of their target from being altered or delved into. This spell blocks any sort of non-aura based psionic/emotion/mind manipulation abilities.

Spell Effect: The target's mental control over their legs and feet is temporarily disconnected from the rest of their body, rendering them rooted for the duration of the spell.

Spell Effect: The caster creates an illusion around the target that mimics perfect camouflage, rendering the target invisible. While this spell is active, those affected still make sound. Beginning to cast or otherwise interacting with people or objects will cause this spell to end instantly.

Spell Effect: The caster is able to shift through the memories of a target up to 2 OOC weeks in the past and can alter or remove up to 1 full OOC day of memories without OOC consent. If searching for something in the memories, the caster will need to search memories on a certain day or search for specific things said in a memory and cannot go through every second of all 2 OOC weeks of memories. The mage may alter or remove more than [24 OOC hours] of memories if given OOC consent, but no more than 2 OOC weeks. When removed, the memories come out as a silvery liquid. The caster may opt to project the mind out as an illusion to the room or only witness it themselves.

Spell Effect: The caster floods overwhelmingly passive and calming emotions into the mind of a target, causing them to become calm and passive. Unless the situation is extremely intense, this spell can calm the target. This cannot cause a person mid-battle to stop fighting, however, it will cause them to lose motivation for continuing the battle due to their new passive outlook. Should the target be attacked, the spell ends prematurely. The passiveness remains for the entire duration otherwise.

Spell Effect: The caster makes a link between themselves and the mind of their target for the duration. The caster will know if the target is lying, being misleading, or telling the caster the truth. The caster may optionally elect for a harmless glowing orb to appear atop the target in order to show others whether the target is lying (turns red), being misleading (turns yellow), or telling the truth (turns green).

Spell Effect: The caster sets around them an invisible ‘bubble’ of sorts that spreads out wide and far, encompassing the minds of everyone in range. It causes those near to see illusions of the caster’s own imagination. This also affects their senses of smell, touch, sight, taste, and sound and makes anything seem real as if truly before them. It all depends on the caster’s imagination. Those who newly enter into this range are also affected by the illusion. The spell can also be used to focus on a single/small group of people instead of a specific range. Same effects, just on fewer people. This spell cannot physically harm people, but can make them think they have been injured. Any injuries caused by illusions cannot hinder the person in a substantial way.

Spell Effect: The caster creates a link between two people’s minds, allowing them to telepathically communicate with one another. Both targets must stay within a 5 meter range of one another, or else the connection will be severed prematurely. The targets must be willing in order to create a connection, otherwise the spell will fail.

Spell Effect: The caster targets sleeping characters in range and begins to manipulate their dreams, creating a daydream or nightmare of their choosing - however all targets (if more than one) share the same dream and may interact with each other in it. The caster can also elect to join targets in the dreamscape. The caster may wake the targets up to create a 'blurring' effect between the dream and present reality until the end of the spell's duration. Targets affected by this can elect to roll a 1d20, requiring a roll of 14 or higher to snap out of these effects. This roll can be done every turn and will have a +2 modifier on turns that the target experiences something that would indicate that the dream was not real. For example, if the target dreams their child was killed and then sees their child after waking up, they would get a +2 modifier to the roll for that turn. Targets from the dream who fail the rolls will think that everything from the dream really happened for the remainder of this spell's duration. If either the caster or any target's bodies take damage outside of the dream state, all will be forcefully ripped from the dream.

Spell Effect: The caster dictates a single word command towards a target and the target must perform that command to the best of their ability. The interpretation of the word is up to the target, for instance if the caster commanded someone to speak in the context of an interrogation, they can say whatever they want but it might not be exactly what the caster wanted. The command must be carried out before the target can act of their own will again. This spell cannot be used to make the target commit suicide or otherwise harm themselves. The target must roll a 1d20 with a result of 14 or higher to resist this command.

Spell Effect: The mage creates an illusion around a person or creature. It molds around the body, making it seem entirely real and tangible. The illusion does not change the mechanics of the person in question. The illusion may be made up entirely of the caster’s choosing. In order to make an illusion mimicking another person, the caster must have an intricate knowledge of the details of the person’s physical appearance. Usually the easiest way would be to have the person within eyesight in order to perfectly replicate their appearance. The caster may not alter their size/weight or the sound of their voice with this spell.

Spell Effect: The caster mundanely creates a document that lists out the terms of an agreement such as a treaty or other form of contract. These terms and conditions can be endless in possibilities, such as eternal servitude and obedience to the caster or to someone listed in the document, however the terms cannot be used to get someone to kill themself. The target must be made aware of all stipulations of the contract. This spell makes it so that once a target signs the document, they cannot break the agreement. The only way to break the agreement is to destroy the document itself, or to have the document’s magic unweaved.
